Terms of use
Automate RFP Scrapper is provided by Lean Engineering. Review these terms with your own counsel before go-live.
Accounts
Accounts are for named business users. New accounts start view-only; an administrator grants wider access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use the system for legitimate procurement sourcing only. Do not send bid requests to addresses on the block list, do not import purchased consumer lists, and honour every unsubscribe.
Third-party sources
Solicitation data originates from SAM.gov and supplier data from your own imports and public supplier websites. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of either; confirm details against the official solicitation before bidding.
Availability
Automated runs depend on external services. Uptime and delivery are reported in the system health screen; no availability guarantee is given beyond a separate written agreement.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Lean Engineering is not liable for missed opportunities, lost bids or indirect losses arising from use of the system.
