Lean Engineering operates Automate RFP Scrapper. This page explains what the system stores and why. Review it with your own counsel before go-live.
Account data
We store the email address, name and access level of each person who signs in, plus a log of settings changes so administrators can see who changed what.
Solicitation data
Public government solicitation records and their attachments are captured from SAM.gov and stored in a private document vault available only to signed-in users of this workspace.
Supplier contact data
Business contact details for US wholesalers and manufacturers come from files you import and from publicly published pages on each supplier's own website. We store business addresses only, never personal or consumer data.
Bid request email
Bid requests are sent to purchasing and sales addresses. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes and bounces are added to a block list immediately, any queued requests to that address are cancelled, and we do not contact it again.
Retention and requests
Records are kept for as long as the workspace is active. To have a supplier address removed or blocked, contact Lean Engineering and it will be actioned on the block list.
